Cum in special vara, de la o anumita varsta incolo, mananci mai usor m-am gandit sa scriu o reteta simpla si rapida, foarte gustoasa, care in familia mea se face destul de des.
Cumperi paste fainoase sub forma de tub mai gros – de 1 cm grosime si 5 cm lungime (eu le prefer pe cele varsate, deoarece sunt tot timpul proaspete).
Cumperi un macrou fara cap, afumat (atentie sa fie proaspat afumat, adica sa fie moale, poti sa te uiti si la data ambalarii).
Cumperi salata verde proaspata. De preferat cea cu foi lungi si subtiri. Nu mai trebuie taiata. O speli in jeturi de apa rece si o lasi sa se scurga.
Fierbi pastele pana se inmoaie destul ca sa le poti manca (cca. 12-15 minute, in apa in clocot, cu putina sare). Le scurgi intr-o strecuratoare si le treci prin jet de apa rece (sa ramana calde).
Fierbi 2-3 oua tari. Le treci prin apa rece ca sa se decojeasca usor, le cureti de coaja si le tai feliute fine (sa ramana calde).
Cureti pestele afumat de piele si oase. Il tai feliute subtiri. Poti folosi si peste ton bucati, de la conserva si chiar ton maruntit sau orice alt peste in ulei, mai picant, de la conserva.
Cureti o ceapa rosie mare pe care o tai sub forma de solzi. Merge adaugat si un fir de ceapa verde, daca ai prin frigider. Da colorit.
Te uiti prin frigider si vezi daca ai ceva cascaval sau branza sarata. O tai cubulete. Poti sa dai pe razatoare, dar arata mai bine sub forma de cubulete.
Scoti samburii de la vreo 10 masline mari si le tai feliute.
Poti pune si un ardei gras, taiat feliute (de preferat colorat in rosu/ galben, pentru efect) si 2-3 rosii mici, taiate in patru.
Nu uita sa te uiti prin camara dupa o conserva de porumb dulce. O desfaci, speli boabele de porumb sub cateva jeturi de apa rece si il scurgi.
Intr-un bol pui ulei de masline, zeama de la o lamaie mare, sare, piper, o lingurita de mustar, putina boia dulce si boia iute. Bati bine cu o furculita, pana se formeaza o pasta subtire. Mi-am propus sa-mi cumpar un vas din sticla, gen ala de la bar in care se amesteca bauturile. Nu am gasit inca. Trebuie sa faci amestec suficient, deoarece cartoful inglobeaza lichidul.
Amesteci bine, cu grija sa nu le rupi, toate cele de mai sus intr-un valau mare, cat timp mai sunt calde pastele si ouale fierte. Pui si niste frunze de patrunjel verde si cateva frunze de busuioc verde in amestecatura.

Sfat: pune valaul cu salata in mijlocul mesei, ascunde painea si stinge lumina. Langa valau pune o lingura mare, de servit si lasa pe fiecare sa-si puna in farfurie, oricum va dori sa-si mai puna. Nu stiu cate calorii are reteta, dar sincer, nici nu ma intereseaza.
Orice fel de vin rece merge. Eu il prefer pe cel negru, dulceag, fara sifon. Vinul alb merge si cu sifon, daca e mai sec.
